Wow!! This hotel is Grrreat! We(my bf and I) went here this past weekend(11-28-15) to celebrate my bday. I had read reviews on here and Yelp and they were a bit mixed, so I decided to give it a try anyway b/c I had passed by this hotel before and wanted to stay. Well my review/opinion of this particular Quality Suites Hotel is probably and "odd one out" type of review. We LOVED it, and actually we're going to cancel our reservation at another hotel for New Year's Eve and book this hotel again.

When we walked in the lobby we automatically noticed the fresh, clean smell! It was very clean and nicely decorated w/ a Christmas tree in the corner! The front desk clerk, Carlos, was not welcoming but not rude either. He seemed like he was very business oriented, no small talk, firm but not aggressive...I'll take it. My suggestion to Carlos if he reads this: Smile! Anyway, on to the room...

First off, let me say that this hotel seemed not like a hotel at all but an apartment complex! The room seemed as if it might have been a studio apartment before. It was very spacious and had all the amenities that you might see in that type of apartment which we really liked! The room was SPOTLESS! No complaints about cleanliness at all! Actually we have no complaints about this hotel! The only thing that we might have wanted was an elevator, which this hotel doesn't have, but hey, it won't deter us from coming back!

The breakfast was good. Your "typical" hotel continental breakfast: eggs, sausage, bagels, pancakes, eggs, toast...etc. The eating area was spacious and not crammed like I've experienced at some other hotels.

Checkout was easy-peasy! In contrast to Carlos, Noelle, the front-desk clerk at check-out was very welcoming and pleasant....she did smile! Thanks Noelle!

Needless to say, we will be back! Highly recommended hotel! Keep up the good work, Quality Suites, you have my vote!
