I purchased a central vacuum power brush, hose, etc from this store. I was not as advertised on the manufacturer's web site, was missing pieces and not setup for my installation. Upon discovering missing pieces and not being sure what else might be missing, I emailed the manufacturer at their web site and requested a listing of components. After doing so and discovering that the unit purchased was not as advertised on their web site, I return to this store to return the unit and they would not accept return because I had emailed the manufacturer.



The sales person was very unprofessional, only wanting to point out why I was wrong, not the store.



When I purchased the unit the day before, the store did not have it in stock but it was in stock at another store. In order to get the unit at this store, I was required to pay before they would bring it to this store. I am now stuck with something I don't want.



I would rate this store as a "Customer NO Service" store and should be avoided.
