I wonder how some businesses with NO ETHICS can still keep their doors open!

My experience with Skin Matters was not a pleasant one. My appointment waiting time was unacceptable. The new location at least has a TV to help pass the time. I was offered a free service if I put a good review; I didn't because there is no way that my conscience would allow me to.

The owner is rude, likes to sell at the client's expense. She told me that I could use some of her peels and needed Botox, an opinion I didn't ask for. The techs seem to be nervous when using the laser and I never see the same tech twice. The office seems unorganized; they have lost my information several times and did not believe that I had paid for a service until I produced a receipt.

I purchased the group on package for full body hair removal. I am now on my 5th treatment and very pleased with the results. I have also recommend this service to my friends. The staff is pleasant and very friendly. About the only issue I have is how hot it is in the treatment room, but this is because of the laser. It is my understanding they will be moving because of this issue to a new location with better HVAC. I would suggest if you go in to follow all instructions and read up on Laser hair prior to coming in. I was lucky enough to have a skin/hair type that was ideal for the laser.

Don't do it to yourself... This place is a total joke. I bought 8 laser treatments which I was told would remove the type of hair I have. But they didn't... The ladies that work there assured me that if the treatment does not work I would get some additional free treatments, yet, I had to talk to their manager Lisa to arrange it. However... Lisa is never there and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with her. She does not respond to messages that I left her to call me back either. I tried many times and she never felt like calling me back. So, I basically lost lots of money and there is nothing I can do about it. I think all the reviews they have written here are fake and written by Lisa.
