A pain to deal with......do NOT abide by their Guaranteed Delivery OR Refund .....just try to get your refund if package not delivered in the time you paid for. WHAT A RIP OFF - in most places this would be called fraud.

This company gets zero stars. They lost a package of irreplaceable family photo albums. The consumer is the one who has to beg and beg them to open an investigation. It takes over a week, even though by their own records this package reached it's delivery destination center and was on the truck for a one mile route to the recipient. Calls to their customer service yield a different answer every time. They have every excuse in the world and declare that losing packages is not that uncommon; they feel their track record is good, given the thousands of packages they ship everyday. Small consolation, eh? They blame the shipper and never take responsibility. If you don't ship with them, you're smart. If you do, reconsider. How do I console an 87 year old grandmother that her pictures of her life (especially important after losing her husband last year) are just gone?
