Provided by YP.comAs soon as we sat down everything looked tasty, I placed an order for the spinach dip and also the grilled chicken kids meal because I wanted their food to come out first. I asked for fries instead of potatoes and our waitress, Rachael F said that would be fine. Our appetizer came and it was just bland and tasteless, hot yes, but bland. It was ok. After ten minutes I ask about the kids meal status. Rachael says she’s going to go check. Ten more minutes go by and she says she’s going to rush it. Obviously she never put the order in, after six minutes my food, the fish and chips came out (which was also bland), but my children’s meal, which was the most important, is nowhere in sight. After 25-30 minutes my children, two toddlers, have no meal. At this point I’m extremely upset, I immediately asked for a to go box and the check, nonchalantly Rachael asked if I want the kids meal to go, which upset me even more. I said ”No”, why would I want it to go when it was the first thing that was supposed to come out. I then asked for a manager. Kelly, the manager came out and states “she (Rachael F) told me the children’s food didn’t come out. I understand I have a 15 month old, but that’s why I carry goldfish”. After that I was furious, not only did I have goldfish crackers on hand, I had kids Clif energy bars and Pediasure Clear on hand, her snarky remark implied that I should have been prepared for her server not doing her job. Clearly, I did not want to have my children snacking all day. I came here for them to get , what I thought was a nice, well-balanced, delicious meal of grilled chicken and vegetables. The food was bland, the waitress was horrible, the manager was sarcastic, and to top it all off no empathy was given and they acted like they didn’t even care about rectifying the situation. I paid my bill of $30.63, packed up my children and left. I now know why I stayed away so long, and after this I will always and forever remember to stay away. I am sure my bill meant nothing to them, but another cent will not be made from my friends, family and peers. Coming from Charlotte, NC, I frequented the South Park location, especially on Fridays for the Clam chowder and Monterrey cheeseburger, when you had it. I recommended this restaurant to everyone and it’s a shame that you’ve now lost a long time customer.

Provided by YP.comVery great food and service. I would definitely recommend The Cheesecake Factory for any outing. They have plenty of cheesecake flavors to chose from, and the food is very exceptional. Just make sure you get in early, because the wait is painful

Provided by YP.comOur group of 8 decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory, since we know that the food is good, after attending the Opera on a Sunday evening. Since it was only 6:15, we got in and were seated right away but unfortunately in a terrible servers section. She had an attitude and was just not available. It was 15-20 minutes before we got our water and drinks and we did not even see her in the area during that time. We ordered dessert after the meal but since it was 15 minutes and we still had not gotten it, we cancelled it. We did not mind a leisurely meal but she was just not in tune or available. We would not go back again since it put a damper on an other wise wonderful evening.
