Provided by YP.comThe new Ponce city Market was once the old Sear Roebuck company. I believe it was restored in 2013/2014 its now a mix use space (work, play live) its an absolute must see if your from here and remember what the old historic building looked like before. I especially enjoyed strolling down their modern new sleek food court. I came here for the food :P but they have many great choices, in retail stores as well..

Provided by YPmobilePonce City Market combines the best of food and shopping into one location and with the recent addition of "The Roof" it has now become a place to just "hang out". Parking is fairly easy and there is plenty. You can either download the app to pay or stop at one of the pay machines. The proceeds from parking also goes towards the Atlanta Beltline. There are numerous shopping options (which are a little more high end) but good shops nonetheless. When you need a break from shopping and want to grab a bite or cocktails head over to the food court with numerous options ranging from South African jerky to the popular Holeman and Finch cheeseburger.

Provided by YPmobileLove everything about Ponce City Market. Almost every restaurant is local. It's a great place for date night, family day or just a day to shop and look around. If you live in Atlanta and have never been you must!!

Provided by YPmobileI've been at The Flats for a few months now and love everything about it. The view from my apartment is marvelous! The hallways are large as well as the apartments themselves. Everything is very well kept and the leasing office is always helpful and courteous. You can't beat the location! I never need to leave my neighborhood. Weekends are wonderful with the beltline right downstairs and during the summer you get perks like free yoga and the farmers market. They do a lot of events for the residents and all of my neighbors are super friendly. The price is the only downfall. Not only is the rent high (which is expected for this area) but you also have to pay for a monthly parking spot and trash valet on top of all your other expenses. That being said the price is worth the experience. Highly recommended.

Provided by YP.comHorrible construction noise begins at 6:45am EVERYDAY. They filled up 80% of the units and have now decided to build additional office space directly above us. Drilling, chainsawing, cutting through concrete slab, building of staircases, offices and rebuilding of storage units. Nightmare situation that will continue well into 2016.

Provided by YP.comStudio apartments here are large and really designed well. RIght on the beltline, and near the park and new dining spots. They have up to three bedroom apartments, so there is one for any size family. They are expensive, but beautiful.
