Provided by YPmobileWhat a cool venue! Saw Fitz and the Tantrums there and really no bad seat in the house. Convenient location, great indoor atmosphere. Reasonably priced drinks and snacks.

Provided by YP.comOne of the better venues for music in Atlanta. It can get crowded...in a good way.

Provided by YP.comI've been going to the Tabernacle to see shows ever since they converted this space for the Olympics (it was a House of Blues back then). It's a great place to see a concert and boy is it LOUD! I know I'm getting older, but every time I go there I tell myself I need to bring earplugs next time. I love the SRO floor space. Just watch out for the barely marked "aisles" (rubber runners on the floor). Security tries to keep them open and to control crowds will often not let you back near the stage if you have to leave for a drink. The first balcony is great too - more mellow but close to the action. The upper balcony is not bad either but the sound isn't nearly as good and this seems to be the loudest part of the venue. Plus you really are way up high. Don't miss out on a chance to see a concert at this converted Baptist tabernacle in downtown and be sure to drop by Sidebar before or after - it's just a few blocks away.
