I think sometimes bogus jobs are created to attract potential candidates. After you set up an interview, you through a rigorous interview which you're told was excellent and you're qualified for many opportunities, only to leave and never hear from them again. Unless you're an Attorney or upper level management professional, I'd say, look for other Recruiters who follow up and have actual work available.
