its been stuck in a loop at ATLANTA, GA 30320 still today july 2!! and no one seems to be able to help here?

below is the proof it keeps getting stuck and they do

nothing about it, HELP

2 boxes were mailed from Buena WA on 3/16/15. One was received on 3/18/15 & the box was opened on the bottom & resealed. All that was sent I was told was a Indian made towel and pillow & I got it. The second package has still not arrived with the tracking number saying it departed 30320- Atlanta airport on 3/18 6:09 am (same as the other package). This box I'm told contained a $265 medical supply; Breg Kodiak Cold Therapy machine with Knee pad attachment. The machine produces ice and localizes it to the part of the body needed. Where is my medical supply? I intend to file a claim but the insurance was only $50. I called the Post Office and they said since it was mailed in wine boxes this is why it was opened. The Post Office in Buena I'm told accepted the package without question.

OK, none of the POST Offices answer the phone...they're understaffed. But they ALL receive faxes at least, with the exception of THIS ONE!!!
