DON'T USE UPS - unless you really don't like the person you are sending the package too.

I was given a slip that stated we missed you...... your package will be delivered again Monday. I call and politely asked for a two hour window. I was told we will be there between 10:30 am and 7:00 pm.



I feel like I am under house arrest.... just wanted for my package to come. It is a computer part, so I don't trust to sign and leave by my door.



I REALLY HATE that UPS can not narrow down a time for you!!!

The Cable company can! The phone company can!!

What is so special about UPS that they can get away with giving you a NINE hour window and that is concerned OK customer service?!?!?



I will never use UPS again.
