Let me start off by saying the drivers have been great but really I would give this company a -5 stars if I could. 18 hour bus trip and the bathrooms and WiFi do not work. 18 hours to our destination and the drivers side mirror was knocked off by another bus. Company did not fix mirror they just purchased a cosmetic mirror (like one in picture) and used while driving in Chicago and then about 12 hours back home before they swapped out the buses. Not sure why they swapped out at that point probably because GA DOT would have pulled them over.

The bus drivers were constantly late, card for fuel got declined multiple times, and it took 10 HOURS longer to travel than it should have. The advertised wifi never worked, and half of the speakers for the DVD equipment were broken. Reading lights at seats did not work either. Very upset with this company, and do not wish to ever use their buses again.

Newnan Senior Friends used this bus company (for the second year in a row) and just as last year, it was fabulous! The bus was new, clean, WIFI and DVD equipped and the driver, Douglas Reece was helpful, funny and an expert driver. We are all seniors and can't get up and down the steps very easily. Douglas was the perfect driver for our group. We will request Williams next year!

DO NOT use this company as they left a bus of seniors stranded for over an hour waiting on gas money for the bus driver and then he hung up on my aunt who was responsible for the trip he told her " not to call him with that bullshit" ! I am waiting on FOX 5 news to call me back... Sorry ass business owner!!!! They don't deserve any stars!!!

We hired Williams Charters and Tours, LLC to provide us with 10 charter vehicles in Atlanta, GA on July 2nd. Per the contract, we prepaid all 10 vehicles well in avance of our service. On the day of the event Williams sent us only 2 out of the 10 buses contracted and paid for. We attempted to reach their offices and the owner without any success, noone would return our phone calls. Throughout the next few days we continued to reach out to them and finally received an answer regarding what had happened. To add insult to injury, they will not refund our monies. Steer clear of Williams Charters and Tours, LLC if you want a successful transportation experience.
