Provided by YP.comPLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FOR HEAVENS SAKE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I should have been reading this way before now. This company never returns your phone calls and just as the other reviewers wrote once they get your business that is where it begins and ends. That "Allan" or "Adam", it changes daily, is EXTREMELY rude and acts like he is untouchable and does not give a hoot where your things are, or they even have it at all! I will make sure that EVERY forum and social media site knows about this company so that they will not be duped by this scam. They picked up my friend's goods on 7/30/13 and up till today 8/16/13, they have not returned a email or phone call, after leaving multiple messages. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They also use the name " NATIONAL EXPRESS,INC., NATIONAL EXPRESS LOGISTICS AND INTERSTATE RELOCATION".

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company I have ever dealt with. They only have one vehicle and do not honor half of the items in the Bill of Laden. They honestly do not care what happen to your things. Their address listed online and on their Bill of Laden is not a physical address. If you end up having a problem..and you will...it is almost impossible to get in contact with someone in management.
If you do not believe my statement and the others like it, just try calling and inquiring about their services. Specifically ask to speak to Allen (real name : Avisidris Eldad). It will take just 2-3 minutes to realize that you are dealing with scam artists.
I am currently trying to get them to pay out an insurance claim owed to me for over $2000 in damage. The claim is only for a fraction of that amount and was filed at the end of June. They have avoided payment at all costs.
Also please note...they all have multiple email addresses they use to respond to questions and request. It makes it very difficult to track your communications you have with them.
Just do yourself a favor and do not even consider them.

Provided by YP.comI have to agree with the previous reviewer on everything they mentioned! I chose this company based on the quote provided to my by Tavia, the assistant. It was about $100 lower than any other quote. However, as soon as the truck arrived I was told that anything over the initial space quote would be charged at a rate 3 times that of the initial one! I ended up packing up less than I provided in the estimate (you tell them what you want to pack and they SUPPOSEDLY know how much space you'll use) but I was more than 100 sqft over the estimate despite having to take things including lamps, rugs and large couch cushions in my car instead of on the truck! Tavia had promised me a 2 day delivery date, but that day came around and I called Allan, who informed me that they have up to 10 days to deliver my stuff. He was VERY RUDE and barely speaks English! I have been sleeping on the floor of my apartment for 6 days now and am still waiting for my stuff. Allan will not return any of my calls and when the driver called to give me a delivery time it was outside the designated time required by my building for the freight elevator which I specifically told Tavia AND Allan multiple times! Now it will supposedly take an additional day to receive my stuff.
Do not go with this company whatever you do!! It's costing me twice the initial estimate and I'm forced to sit on my bottom waiting for them to get their act together. They also refuse to tell me where my stuff has been all this time. They will give you the run around!
Don't get trapped by Tavia's fake promises!

Provided by YP.comI went in for this service since they were cheaper than the others.. BIG MISTAKE. The staff is extremely rude especially the manager ALAN and his drivers. The company has assistants like (Tavia, Ben or John) who give you some quote based on which you decide on taking up their service. But the drivers come with some different ideas about the quote. If you argue with them they reply straight away saying that we don’t care what the assistants have said. To be more precise we had issues regarding the method of payment which the assistant Tavia said that certified checks are absolutely fine and the drivers were not ready to accept it easily, extra chargers for the number of steps and distance at the time of PICKUP which is clearly waived off in the quote emailed to us, limitations to the amount of stuff you want to carry which is clearly permitted in the quote. The driver pompously said that the stuff would reach in 4-5 days so I made arrangements accordingly. After the pickup, our stuff was lying in their truck for more than 2 weeks . When I tried to track my luggage, ALAN very rudely said that they will contact me when they know WHERE MY STUFF IS???
The most important thing is that once you have signed up a deal with them, the assistants never contact you back even if you send them 5-10 mails, call them, and leave voice mails. That’s the trick, the assistants commit you the things that you are looking forward to and then never reply back so finally you are totally screwed up when the driver dictates his own terms and conditions.
The quote clearly mentioned a 30 day free storage from the time of pickup which ALAN clearly denied saying they NEVER provide storage which was outrageous. He very curtly mentioned that you HAVE to be at home when my drivers come, no matter when they arrive.
I looked at the ripoff records of this company and was horrified, but had already made the mistake. I think these guys should be out of business soon.
