When I was at Sea Breeze Carwash on September 30, 2017, dropped the car, and went in to pay, it started to rain heavily. The car was just vacuumed. The whole operation was stopped immediately and since I had already paid for - the manager Wesley (I have the original receipt) on the back of the slip the written agreement to get the car cleaned the next time for free. which was only natural. Today, on December 27, 2017, I drove to Sea Breeze and wanted to clean the car for free. The manager told me in a very unfriendly voice that the coupon after 3 months would no longer apply and also the management would be new. on my argument that I had already paid for it and the dare was not cleaned at that time he said it was none of his business. He became very loud and rude and almost screamed at me. I've never experienced anything like that. I go there for over 10 years. Likewise my family and friends. I'm a car dealer and bring about 50 vehicles every year to be prepared there. I'm really shocked and hope the owner will contact me. Unbelievable such a behavior - it is not about the $22 it is about how can you hire a manager like this. We will not go there any more.

BEWARE.... THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO FIX IT!!!! I recently got my car washed here that is not even two years old and a few hours after leaving I noticed that the emblems on all four of my rims on my car were heavily scratched. It looked as though someone sprayed white permanent silly string onto them and all the patterns were strikingly similar. I immediately called Breezes to inform them about the incident, they were very understanding (the manager knew who I was a frequent customer) and told me to bring my car by for them to look at. After inspecting my car they told me they would replace it and sent me to a collision center. A few days later I received a call from the collision center informing me that Breezes decided not to cover the cost for repairs. When I called Breezes to clear things up an extremely rude lady, who claimed to be the owners mother answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager who said they would fix my car, and not only did she refused to let me speak to him, but told hostilely told me too bad my car was damaged they are not paying for it. I was shocked at the way the situation was handled, I use to go to this car wash once every two weeks and needless to say I will not be back and would not recommend it to anyone!



**Just as an FYI I have since then had my car fixed by Mercedes and they informed me that the damage is usually caused from chemicals used to wash the car, but they do not see if often.
