I called this office to get an appoint for Pumpkin and when I got there I had to leave, the place smelled like urine, most likely from the cats they have running around. Seems to me they need to learn how to clean. They were so rude I could not believe it when I said something about the smell. Luckily they are not the only vet near me. I would rate them a zero but it wont let me so by default they get a one.

Dr Langford is very passionate about what he does and he took excellent care of my Zoey. She was given the best possible treatment and thanks to you my zoey is still here.

I have known Dr. Richard Langford for 10 years and during this time he has treated 7 of my pets 5 ferrets and now my 2 Australian Shepard's Molly and Joey, Both Dr Langford and his knowledgeable staff have always treated me and my pets with caring, compassion and understanding.

He is a skilled surgeon and has saved the lives of 3 my ferrets from cancer allowing them to live happy healthy lives. He has helped me during emergency's and has even stay open after hours to treat my pets this kind of caring is rear to see especially here in Jax. I have recommended Him to everyone I know, Both my dogs get excited when going to the vet since they get to run around and give everyone hugs and kisses.Thank you to Dr Richard Langford and his staff for all they have done and keep up the good work.

Why do not you tell us that you decided to take your 14 years old Jack Russell Terrier to another animal clinic and -as far I know- from there your pet was sent to the veterinarian specialist where your dog was euthanized with your authorization.

Tell us that you were removed by the police from the building because you were drunk and aggressive.
