Provided by YP.comMr. Cohen helped me with my immigration problem after several other lawyers were completely unhelpful!
I was denied Permanent Residency by Immigration after my and my wife's interview. My lawyer at the interview constantly objected to everything the officer wanted, threatening to appeal. We sat there shaking while they argued. Of course, we were denied.
We went to other lawyers who said it was hopeless after one after the other made futile efforts. Then someone recommended Mr. Cohen! They said he had over 30 years experience and connections with USCIS. They said he was the lawyer to go to when everyone else had given up.
Amazingly, things immediately started happening after he agreed to take on our case. HE was able to get Immigration to grant us another interview WITH A DIFFERENT IMMIGRATION OFFICER. The new officer was immediately very friendly and nice, greeting Mr. Cohen with 'Hi M.R., nice to see you again!' Instead of arguing, Mr. Cohen hardly said anything.
At the end, the Officer said it was a close call but gave us the benefit of the doubt. We think Mr. Cohen made the difference!

Provided by YP.comHe persuaded Immigration to approve my Permanent Residency denial. Amazing lawyer! Hard worker.
Very easy going, answers his own phone and doesn't mind answering repeated emails (without charge! --not out to nickel and dime you!).
