I don't normally write reviews, but I feel the need to do so with this company because I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. The AC in the house died in the hot summer, and I called to get it fixed. After follow-up the next day, Glen (owner w/ a begrudged tone) said he can have someone come at Noon. I waited 30min, and no courtesy call to mention tardiness. When I followed up, they said someone was on their way and would be coming at 1:30 instead. Huge discrepancy in time! Cut to 2:30pm when no one still showed and I called Glen who proceeded to yell at me: "Hold your horse hairs, lady. Read a damn book or something, but quit calling." [Click]. Yes, he hung up the phone on me - a paying customer who called only 2x so I could just schedule my day so I wasn't waiting around for 3+ hours! Terrible customer service, terrible work (they actually came out 1.5mon ago to service the house and still something broke!). PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK.

Had heat related/boiler/wiring and thermostat issues, called By The Sea.Glenn is truly a genuine and sincerely honest man that will respond as he did with me (in 30 mins he was at my door step) Marvelous work ethics and highly, highly recommend, plus I love to help give my business to the small business owner, truly deserving of any referral. I highly recommend this company, the prices are very good and the service is EXCELLENT!

this is the 2nd time I used them. once for my ac and now my heater, they have QUICK response, very professional and knows what they are doing.
