our stay started out great. the rooftop pool is really nice and the room in the luxe tower was really nice as well.

EVERYTHING WENT TOTALLY BAD!! there was a storm which knocked out the power to most of Atlantic city. the hotel had a generator that didn't do much but power the elevator. you would think a hotel on the beach would be prepared for a storm and have generators and back up generators powerful enough as to not inconvenience their customers. and to top it all off we HAD NO WATER! that meant no shower, no toilet, and brushing our teeth with bottled water. we went to the front desk to complain about not having basic amenities such as electricity and running water and was met by the "general manager" of the hotel Francesca Santora (who didn't want to give us her name, only heard it when she spoke with the Police). She was COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and basically told us she wasn't doing a damn thing to rectify the situation. her flippant attitude and "i don't care" demeanor was totally uncalled for. she refused to give us her card, any numbers for a corporate office or her higher ups. I'm sorry but i wanted to punch her in her smug little face. all she told us to do was to call Gary (another manager) on Monday and see what he can do for us. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN. TO BE TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN LIKE I DIDN'T MATTER WAS VERY DISHEARTENING. MY husband had to escort me out because i was in tears due to such lack of respect and rudeness. PLEASE DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. FRANCESCA SANTORA IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND DOESN'T DESERVE ANYONE'S BUSINESS

our stay started out great. we arrived way before check in but we were allowed to leave our bags with the bell man and go to the pool and relax. the room was very nice with a king size bed.
