Provided by YP.comthey don't answer their phones, EVER., and the people at the "home office" don't speak English, everything is automated and run through central time and they don't give a conversion, cause you know, us people on the east coast are spoiled, and they run their crap like none of the passengers matter and its all about money. after i use this non refundable ticket i have, im never ever using greyhound EVER again.
