New Jersey Avenue School serves students in kindergarten through grade seven. The school offers a variety of facilities, including a media center, gymnasium, science and computer laboratories and regular classrooms. Its staff includes an academic coordinator, custodians and paraprofessionals. New Jersey Avenue School offers a range of reading, music, special education, and gifted and talented programs. It also operates a library and media center that houses e-books, newspapers, encyclopedias, magazines, dictionaries and audiocassettes.
