They cant get things right. And if you're really desperate and ordering via phone,make sure you have a witness with you with a voice recorder.You tell them what you want,ten times,they will screw up,forget things and blame you like it's your fault.One more thing,if they promise you 15-30mins,expect 45-1hr delivery.And,If they screw up,make them correct it if not they will get the $$ but you wont be happy with what you ordered.Make them spend gas,make them come back if they forget things,you deserve a good service.

Took 45 min. Didn't get what we wanted and got cold food
