They have kids running this store. I applied for a job and did get an interview. The manager and everyone else in the store was under 30. They were dressed in "hipster" clothes, and basically goofing off. I have years of fine jewelry retail experience, and I am highly professional, but did not get a call back. I even followed up with an e-mail and phone call, but did not receive the courtesy of a reply. I am certain I would have been an asset to this store, because most of the customers are older people who want to be waited on by someone who is mature and professional. They need to get their act together and hire grownups, and stop treating prospective employees so disrespectfully.
