I lost my coach to them. My mistake was leaving my coach with them overnight ... which stretched into months, and not staying with coach to monitor any repairs. I have a new coach now and limit all repair work to Campers World and/or the manufacturer ... and can now comfortably leave my coach in their care, unattended. It's also a relief to get a bill which represents the original quote!
