My sister in laws & I spent $80 on some flowers to be delivered to our mother in law at her job. We selected a beautiful bouquet from the website & were just so excited for her to receive her flowers. We were shocked to see the pathetic excuse that she got. It was no where near $80 worth of flowers & when we called the owner would do nothing to help us & was rude. It's sad you can't trust anyone anymore with a large amount of money on something special like a birthday or anniversary flowers for a loved one. We were taken advantage of & then treated poorly. I hope you go out of business soon if you keep treating your customers this way! We're still livid! Shame on you!

This company was difficult to deal with, and did not fulfill an order that, based on their company description, should have been covered. They were rude both via email and on the phone. They did not even offer an apology when the order could not be filled. Terrible company to deal with.
