Provided by YP.comI've never done this before today. But after one of the most horrific experiences of a lifetime at this Chuck Stevens Chevrolet dealership I felt people should be made aware of the ethics of this dealership. I am a tax attorney with a firm in Pensacola and reside not to far from Atmore. We apparently received a mailing from this dealership that my daughter happened to see. It had a scratch off section on it which my daughter did indeed do. When I got home from work she presented me with this flyer and said we had won a TV. I looked at it and had my doubts but agreed to take her there. She graduates high school this year and I told her I would buy her a car for graduation. I took the afternoon off and we went to the dealership. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a salesman. My daughter announced we had won the TV. We were escorted inside to check our winning number. Not surprisingly we had not won a television. I noticed a good number of the same flyer we had received on a lot of the desks. They all had the exact same non winning prize number on them. I looked around the room and there wasn't a TV in sight to give away. Just a big scam to get people there. We proceeded outside to see what they had my daughter might like. She showed interest in two vehicles. Both as we got to them were absolutely filthy inside and out. The sport utility had mud caked inside the wheel wells, and on the carpets. I played along and asked for prices on both. The salesman didn't know so we followed him inside. After a few minutes he came out. He tried to get us to sit down and wanted to get all our information. I refused. After 10 minutes of arguing he finally gave me the prices. When we got home I got online to do some research. I found the dealership website, and found the vehicles. I was shocked to see he had priced them both over $1300 more than what they were priced on his website for. It dawned on me almost instantly what this dealership was doing. I remembered those women, how were dressed and how they spoke. Both were of obvious little means and not well educated as were most of the people I saw there. This area of Alabama and Florida is very rural. Most of the population here would be considered as working poor. This is exactly who this flyer was targeted for. Easy prey. Lure them in with the assumption of winning a TV, then con them into buying an overpriced car. I checked some of the other local sites and found other reviews about this dealership. All were similar to this. All negative. All for a few dirty dollars. I couldn't sleep at night if I worked there. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people like that. I hope the owner of that place sees this. You've been caught my friend. What goes around comes around.

Provided by YP.comI drove my car up there to get it put on the scanner, when they called me to tell me what was wrong the price was way to much so I told them ill come pick it up that i didnt want the service. When i went to pick it up i couldnt even drive it off the lot. They laughed in my face when i went in to say i cant even get my car to move. was very rude and did not even offer to come out and look to see if they could do anything.
