My husband and I lived there for 2 years. In 2 years rent went up $100. After the new management company took over (gilford partners) the management went from ok to awful. To get things done you had to ask several times and was lucky if you didn't get lied to. It took us 4 months to get a key to the workout room after being told several different lies. They only spray for bugs every other month. I would stay away from this place at all cost.

They go up in rent,they invade your privacy, there rude an the apartments are crap they close the pool down if I'm paying for the apartment I should be able to use the pool if I would like some apartments can't get cable nor dish

Very nice, Brand new, and great location
