My Uncle Passed Away & I Called about a donation to help bury him. The owners wife answered the phone. She said the business wasn't going good. She was ridiculously rude. She hung up, so I Called back to get her name. She said her first name was Maddy, but was refusing to give me her last name, & was angrily rude.I called back after she hung up on me again, & left a voicemail about my complaint. I was almost done when she picked up the phone & told me she was the owners wife. Very unprofessional customer service, & very unprofessional to own a business with an attitude like that. I will never shop in that store considering her attitude and demeanor. Now I know why business is down. Customers should not have to deal with that type of unprofessional customer service. I will also be contacting the BBB to report how ridiculous the customer service is. Keep in mind I also lost my uncle today, & that's how she treated me. I am going to make sure everyone doesn't shop there, due to the business being unprofessional. Maddy, I hope you gain some manners, and learn to be a professional business owner.
