Sue at Errand Express was a life saver. She picked my grandmother up at her house three times a week and drove her directly to Flint for radiation treatments. Sue went above and beyond and my grandmother trusted her and enjoyed her company. Would highly recommend Errand Express to anyone who needs assistance driving a loved one!

I contacted Errand Express for my grandmother's Christmas present. My grandmother cannot drive but still leads a pretty active life, likes to go places and needs help getting to and from doctors appointments. She lives in a small town so it is often necessary to travel at least 30 minutes to get to where she wants to go. Since introducing my grandma to this service, she has used it repeatedly for doctors appointments, errands, and trips to and from the airport. She has even used it to take a friend out to dinner in another city for a special occassion. She is pleased with the promptness, thinks the price is very reasonable and enjoys the company. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I was informed by the hospital that I would not be released without a driver. I don't have family in the area and I did not want to wakeup my friends at 4 AM to take me.

Sue picked me up at 5 AM and dropped me off at the Carol hospital. The next day, she called several times to find out when I would be released so that I would not be waiting for her. I didn't wait more than 30 minutes after being notified of the time of my release to Sue's arrival. She came inside to let the staff know that I was not driving myself home.(taxicabs drivers just in their car and honk the horn) The staff then brought me down to the waiting room. She was informed that I was not to be left alone overnight and informed me that she offers this service also. The cost of her service was extremely reasonable and she made me feel like family.

One of my clients does not drive. I used Errand Express for transfers from home to the airport and back. Their performance was exemplary. They even went back a second time to retrieve my client as he missed his connecting flight on the return leg of his vacation!
