Just Ok

I have been to better auctions. The auctioneers & the staff working the auction with them were great. But the staff in their "office" trailer was horrible. They were rude. They had no idea what any of the auction items were. I asked a few questions and their favorite response was "I don't know". Someone told me later it was the owners wife??!!!!! How unorganized & unprofessional. I finally got my questions answered by Andrea who was taking notes on the computer with the auctioneer. She was able to type and talk at the same time. At least someone knew what they were talking about.

A few months ago I conducted Rowleys Auction Service to sell my belated fathers collection of gas stations signs and antiques. They were very caring towards me and my siblings, and many of the items he sold did more than I expected, I was very pleased with their service!

Best Auction Service In Michigan

Over the years I've attended many different kinds of auction services around, but Rowley auction service definitely stands out to be the best! The staff is very nice and Brian the auctioneer makes the auctions. If you are looking to have an auction this is the auction service to choose!

Every one of Rowley's Auctions...

Every one of Rowley's Auctions we have attended have been fun and exciting. We have gotten some really good deals and at times have even spent more than we planned on. I guess I just get caught up in the atmosphere, haha. Their crew is well informed and helpful. They sell in the rain, snow, cold, and heat. We are looking forward to the next auction!

worst business experience ever!

We sold 200 years of antiques, an elderly widows whole life's worth of belonging, her husbands, and their parents, hoping to get some money for her care. Only got $2000.00 for valuable, collectable antiques, that were sold by boxes for $2-$6 for the whole box. We didn't even get close to the weight price for gold watches or silver and ivory tea sets. The display cases were not locked, and several gold pieces were stolen, and Brian gave us $60 as his apology for that (what he considered the gold pocket watch and fobes to be worth) and they combined our auction with another, promising to alternate the pieces. But, they didn't. They sold the other stuff first waiting until late in the day to sell ours, when most buyers were gone. Don't trust them! They don't stand by their word, and you'll lose your life's work for the value of one of the tea sets. We lost 3 truck/trailer loads of valuable antiques for $two thousand dollars.
