AWFUL!!! I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:30 appointment to have time to fill out the usual paperwork. I was greeted less than warmly, to put it mildly. Their website is not up-to-date on the insurances they accept. I waited in the cramped waiting room until 9:50, when another unfriendly person brought me into an examination room. I asked a series of questions normally answered on the intake paperwork, told to put some paper on, and the doctor would be in shortly. At 10:17, the doctor walked in, no apologies, no acknowledgement that my appointment was over 45 minutes ago, no "thanks for waiting." Instead, I was subjected to a mini-inquisition - "Why are you here? Where have you been before? What have you had done?" Then, here are some samples, here are some pamphlets to look at for things you can buy. Then the lecture started, and about a minute into it I told the doctor I was going to leave. If you still choose to go to this provider, bring your patience and your next meal.

I wish I could give them less stars. This was the least helpful place. I had to wait forever to get in to see the actual doctor, and the billing department was awful and never billed my insurance, just continually sent bills to my home. When I called they were very rude and unprofessional, finally after almost 3 YEARS of them sending bills and having to call my insurance company the matter is finally resolved. In no way should that have taken almost three years to resolve though.

Almost every time I visit a Sephora, a sales associate asks me what foundation I'm wearing. "It looks so light, so natural." To which I say, "NOTHING!!!" Yes, my skin looks THAT GOOD and it's thanks to Dr. Hines.

I've struggled with acne my whole life-whiteheads, blackheads, and of course the resultant scars. I've tried over the counter medications, other prescription regimens, etc. The regimen Dr. Hines' prescribed completely cleared up my skin. Not only do I no longer have acne but my scars have disappeared.

My hairdresser, girlfriends, strangers-everyone has noticed. It's incredible. Now I'm known for having a clear complexion. People ask me for advice as if I'm an expert now. To save you the trouble of asking I'm posting! Go see Dr. Hines if you too want to feel confident in your own skin. :)

I visited this office for acne and had an awesome experience. The front office staff was pleasant, professional and efficient. I saw Dr. Hines and she told me my skin issue was common and responded well to treatment. She is a great dermatologist who took the time to listen to me. I took the prescribed medications and my skin condition cleared up. I returned for a follow-up visit and had another great experience and would strongly suggest visiting this office.

My wife had minor surgery there to remove a growth from her back. We repeatedly told the staff and Dr, Hines that my wife was allergic to Bacitracin. We were told twice, once by a staff member and again by the Dr. that Neosporin did not have Bacitracin. My wife developed an allergic rash around the surgery. I contacted Johnson and Johnson and they informed me that the Neosporin ointment which is clear, has bacitracin as a key ingredient! The cream, which is white does not. Dr. Hines used clear ointment on my wife and told her to use Neosporin ointment! This is negligence as I see it. As a Dr. she should be up to date on the medicine she uses and tells patients to use!
