Take your car somewhere else! I didn't learn my lesson the first time and now I paid for it the second time. Before Yelp was around I took my car in for transmission work. Nine months later my transmission goes out again. I take it to Aamco and they said whoever worked on your car last left a "bolt" at the bottom of the transmission pan. Certified said that we couldn't prove it.



Just recently I took my car in for some suspension work and they ended up chipping the powder coating on my left front wheel. I noticed the damage in their parking lot and point it out. They denied it was their fault and it was there to begin with. My wheels were just painted and installed by the Powdercoaters. On top of that I still wash my car by hand so I am aware of every dent and scratch on my car. I then took my car for a test drive and it was making so many noises. I take it back to Certified and look underneath the car and I can clearly see the sway bar hanging and not bolted on. Their service tech said its was safe to drive. I have pictures of the damaged wheel, the hanging sway bar and they still deny any fault is theirs. I opened a BBB complaint and they were unwilling to come to an agreement.



I had to take my car somewhere else to fix everything that they did wrong. I'm paying more to get my car fixed than I did for the suspension work at Certified Automotive. What a Nightmare!



Please learn from my mistakes, this place does not do good work, they charge more than other shops, they have poor customer service, they will deny any fault of their own, they won't return your phone calls, they have poor business ethics and morals and they will charge you more than what they quoted you.

A+ Service, I agree. Our 96 Sable has a mere 104k on it and we ran into some major problems (i.e. head gasket, a/c, brake system) as well as a handful of other mechanical and computer failures. Yes, it was costly for our budget, but Carl, Hector and the group of mechanics went out of their way to stay within the estimate EVEN WITH REPAIRS THAT WERE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE! I've notice some other hate reviews earlier, but my guess is from ex-amployees who did not exemplify the awesome service given by the entire team now.



I thank Certified for their excellence in customer service, honest work and exceptional attention to detail, something rarely seen in todays work ethics. I recommend them highly.

These guys Are Great!!! They were very helpful and not only explained the problems on my car but also took me out to my car and showed me what they were talking about. Then while I was waiting for my car to get fixed, I saw an elderly lady talking to the manager Kaleb and telling him how she was upset that she would have to go all the way to the dmv and wait for hours to pay her registration. Kaleb suggested she pay it online but she said she didn't own a computer nor know how to use it. So this fine young man who was quite obviously very busy took time out of his day to help this poor elderly woman. He went onto the DMV website and paid her registration for her and printed out her receipt THEN explained how it worked getting her renewal sticker and her different options. I will never go anywhere else but here. Good to have honest people. Not often you see that now a days.

Great place to come to for anything you need done to your vehicle. I go only here from now on. I got my oil changed, a tune up, and a smog all in the same day and for an amazing price. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide me with easy to understand explanations on everything regarding my vehicle, even the maintenance that is recommended by the mileage on my vehicle. Make sure you talk to the manager, Caleb, when you go in because he is extremely polite and you can tell he really cares about keeping his customers as long time customers.
