Woodland Intensive Residential is a 14-plus-bed residential treatment facility that focuses on reducing impairments caused due to mental illnesses. It offers a range of supervision, direction, assessment, treatment planning, skills development, and medication and nursing services. The facility also provides illness management programs, recovery training, dual diagnosis treatment, family education, crisis assistance, coordination, and client transition and discharge services. It is operated by Woodland Centers, which is a nonprofit organization that provides mental health care services. The center serves Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Meeker, Renville and Swift counties in Minnesota. It works in collaboration with counties, schools, courts and health care institutions.
