When I peeked under my winter cover in early April and saw all my water was gone, I instantly recalled the same scenario 12 years ago - our walls had collapsed that time. In a panic, I called everyone I could find, hoping someone could help. Twelve years ago, Rick/Coolspot was the only one willing to do our repair - and he did a phenomenal job. I was so happy to see he/Coolspot were still in business. I met with him and another local company (who wanted to sell me a new filter, and other things, on top of the liner). I was waiting for their quote when Rick came out. He gave me a quote on a new liner and when I talked to him about replacing the filter, he said, "You don't need a new filter. I can replace the parts that are leaking and give you an easier connection so taking it apart isn't such a hassle." Everything I asked him about he said, "You don't need/want that," and would tell me why. I decided to go with my gut and my past experience with him/Coolspot, but he told me there would be a wait b/c they were backed up due to a long stretch of rainy weather. I begged. I offered $500 extra to be bumped up in line. "Nope. I don't do business that way. I have to be fair to everyone." I was disappointed bc I have an upcoming trip to Korea and wanted this off my mind. But I respect him for his honesty and it's why I knew I made the right choice.

My turn came today (before my trip!) His son, Chris and his crew showed up promptly at 9:00 as promised. They worked the entire day. I never saw them take a break. I offered to buy them lunch. "No thank you. That's very nice but we brought lunch." Chris works just like his dad. He's methodical and efficient. The two young men working with him were professional and hard working as could be. I never heard any of the typical banter about what they're doing this weekend, etc. They were both focused and were right by Chris, ready to do whatever he needed. I was beyond impressed with all of them.

Rick and his team are AWESOME! I was screwed over by another company that lead me along for almost two years during the peak of covid. This was the year that I said enough was enough and set out for a new company to help restore my pool. We contacted Rick and within a week of contract agreement they were out measuring for my new liner. Rick said it would take approximately a month to get the liner and that they should be able to start reconstruction on the floor soon after. A month later the liner was delivered and they were out that same week to start the work. The guys working on the pool were respectful of my property and didn’t leave a mess behind when they were done each day. I even called Rick a month later because the valve on my filter wouldn’t close properly. He called me back the same day and notified me he was out of town for work but he would try to have one of the guys come check it out. They called a few days later and came out to replace the valve. Communication is a huge key and Coolspot pools did not disappoint. This is an honest company and I would recommend them time and time again.

Rick and his team went above and beyond our expectations; the new liner looks absolutely stunning and perfect. We highly recommend choosing them for your pools needs and even plan to do business with them again once we find ourselves needing a new liner, or any service that may be needed. You're in good hands with Coolspot pools!

The Cool Spot crew did an excellent job replacing our liner. Their attention to detail was amazing. They worked morning to night to get it in. Great guys. Would definitely use them again and recommend highly.

After 6+ years of being closed we searched for a contractor who could put our pool back in service. Another pool company said the pool could not be saved and suggested burying it; however CoolSpot pools assessed the condition and said they could put the pool back into service. So Coolspot pools made the repairs that the other contractor said couldn't be done and we are now enjoying our pool again. Thank you Coolspot Pools!
