My daughter and I went to this store in the mall to look at something for my Grandson's Birthday. I had stopped somewhere else and was meeting my daughter in there. When I got to the store she was coming out in tears. The employee told her she would have to leave because the baby did not have on shoes. HE IS 9 MONTHS OLD AND IS NOT WALKING YET!! I have never been so appalled. Needless to say they lost our business that day!! Never Again..There is always Toys-R-us or other stores..

Wife was walking by and salesman talked her into buying a Syma X5SW for $149 and she did thinking they would have a competitive price on it. Well you look them up the highest price we found on the internet was 69.99 most of them are around 59 dollars. We talked with management with no luck they want us to bring it back and they will give us store credit. Well they got us for $90 dollars we could have used for anything else. Writing this to let people know look it up on the internet before you think a store like this is going to do you a favor like keeping prices low. We will from now on. Also all I ask for was a discount or another X5SW for a spare and was turned down. We could have easily bought 2 on the internet with money to spare. This is why retail stores are going under. Stay out of there and buy more on the internet. Merry Christmas

Biggest toy store I know in Auburn area. Has a whole range of toys that you can imagine. Enjoyed the Lego displays especially although thought they might of had more specialist Lego kits instead of the generic ones. It has the "wow" factor.

Great stuff, never get a chance to buy anything though because I always get kicked out for one thing or another. Like looking around, I got kicked out for taking to long, sitting on bench that wasn't a toy and even not being old enough to be in the toy store. Like I said though, great stuff bad service.
