a customer Bruster's in AUb AL for five years--go nowhere else. NO MORE! This week I bought my two pints-didn't open for couple days-served it to family and we ALL remarked that is was like plain choc ice cream void usual ribbons of fruit and big dark chock chunks... plain choc cream- and not tasty. BLAND. Thot Iit was the dipping process, it's CLEAR that the whole batch was missing the parts that make it 'choc raspberry truffle...NO raspberry/ no truffle. Into the 2nd unit, I call the store to tell them how bad batch was. HORRIBLE! Bad customer service. Could have cared less...told them I was regular, same flavor every week. Night mgr called the 'owner' said gift card for one pint. wanted rcpt to prove I bought it there...REALLY?? unprofessional, no goodwill for loyal customer! the owner is not into 'making it right'. What would it cost him to please loyal customer who'll return to buy more.??
