BEWARE!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! BEWARE!! I was greeted by an extremely rude employee, assumingly the owner. I mentioned having a 9:30 appointment and was surprised when she acted like she didn't know who we were and as if we were late. When I finally received a call to pick her up, I entered the "salon" to see my dog in a cage with not even a water bowl!!! Upon examination of my dog, it appears they didn't even bathe her just sloppily cut her hair. Further inspection of the haircut (supposed to be a short puppy cut with a top knot and length around the face and tail) my dog had random long patches all over her body which had to be scissor cut in front of me. The groomer didn't clean her ears or trim the inner ear hair, she didn't trim her bottom hair or even clean her eyes. It wasn't as if I picked my dog up early, this was the condition of the dog after they'd called and said she was "done and ready for pickup". DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMER

First of all you were told of the family function. Second of all you did not have to wait you could have come back. Thirdly your dogs were very difficult to groom.you were not charged 80 dollars you were charge 60 so before you SLANDER me state all the facts.Don't justt tell your facts tell the whole truth..Slander is an offence . Tell the facts

I waited 4 hours for a cut for my two Yorkies. Then when she gave them to me they face was cut uneven, owner and only person that can groom the dogs said the move to much!
The owner/ groomer was at a family function and should have had the person in front to say they was not taking anyone till after 12 noon. I sat from 8:30 to around 12:30 for two small dogs to get a bath and cut. I paid $80 for two dogs

It is a very nice shop and the workers are very nice and friendly
