The beds are great and it is such a clean store but the managers are awful!! I am pretty sure i have seen the district manager be the worst person to customers and even the regular employees show much more attention and patience with the customers. I have seen the manager literally get angry with people for not having a lotion... okay i know lotions are important but yelling at the girl is not going to win you business. The new manager doesn't ever help customers and it is just kind of upsetting to see her employees doing way more than she it. But honestly the managers cannot get me away because the beds are wonderful and they always seem to have the newest lotions and i love trying new things!
