I can't speak for the usual, daily service at Pro Nails because I don't usually get manicures or pedicures in salons. However, my bridesmaids and I had a great experience at Pro Nails. The pedicures were great and so were the manicures. I was asked what my preferences were and they also helped me decide on something better than what I had originally intended. I ended up getting OPI gel nail color for my wedding and it worked out very well (since I am extremely rough with my nails and chip off color quickly). All my bridesmaids, my maid of honor, and mother seemed pleased. My maid of honor has had Pink and Whites done several times at Pro Nails, and she is always pleased with their service. There is something of a language barrier, but the people who I dealt with made a real effort to understand what I wanted. I recommend this nail salon.

If you like being spoken to at all, asked your preference on nail shape, and not bleeding, do not go to Pro Nails. That was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done.
