Customer service poor, they seem to be stressed out about filling phone orders.
After morning coffee here for 1 year, new management is definitely changed

On a Saturday morning my husband and i decided to try a new place for coffee and had seen this place in passing. We went in and ordered coffee and bagels, while we were still paying the customer behind us ordered as well and was served before we finished paying. This would be no big deal had the 2 people after her not been served before we even got our drinks. We received our bagels first and ate them while waiting for our drinks, my husbands drink came after that, and then we were left alone. The server came out and asked if i had ordered anything else to drink and i said yes and told her my drink order she said "oh, i think they have it waiting inside let me go grab that" and left us again. About 5 minutes later my drink had not appeared and my husband went inside to see where it was. The owner of the establishment told him "oh, i had someone order 20 drinks ahead of you, sorry." a blatant lie since the people after us got their drinks before us. When they finally gave me my drink it was a size too small. I figured I'd leave well enough alone and left. I will never go back to this establishment due to the poor service and hostile management.
