I have been assisting communities of California since 1976, when I began studying natural healing methods with Dr. Thie, founder of Touch For Health. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1981 with the distinction of Valedictorian and practiced in Albany, CA before moving back to the Foothills where my Grandmother went to High School in 1898 (Auburn High School).

I enjoy taking care of families that recognize the benefits of the whole family receiving care to optimize a healthy functioning body (or family).

The more you put into taking good care of your LIFE the easier it is to return to health when physical, menta/emotional and chemical traumas occur.
