Avoid using this cleaner. Took in Burberry raincoat with stain only on lining, specifically noted stain, Picked up and stain was still there, was told it would not come out as it was an "old stain", took coat home and blotted area with damp cloth, entire stain came out. Returned to store and requested money back. Manager refused and insisted they had cleaned the coat, asked for owner's name and business license, he refused. Manager was rude and aggressive, and said I could call the County if I wanted info on business. I suspect coat was not cleaned. Paid $19.00. This is dishonesty and lack of integrity at its worst.

AVOID THIS CLEANERS AT ALL COSTS. I had to send it twice to clean a formal cocktail dress, however, when I was given the dress back, it had shrunk about 5 inches. The dress was mailed to me so I could not take the dress back in, but he claimed that it was not his responsibility, and that there was no way he could have shrunken the dress. The dress cost me over $300 and it was only the first time I had worn it. I will continue to write bad reviews about this cleaners, and continue to call to see if I can get some sort of reimbursement- this is absolutely ridiculous.
