Provided by YP.comI just assisted my friend in the purchase of a new Toyota Avalon. David Harrison, Sales Manager, made the purchasing process easy as he assigned a salesman, Ryan Trasport to thoroughly describe features and benefits, and to negotiate a fair price. The paperwork process was made easier by Gary Fade, Business Manager, and we were visited mid-process by General Manager Tony Toohey to ensure our complete satisfaction. In summary, if you're car shopping and want a great experience, try Magnussen Auburn Toyota. They will exceed your expectations!

Provided by YP.comi have used this dealer for years now, and discovered major problems. like failing to do as i asked them.
like substituting non toyota parts without even telling me, much less asking me. failing to repair come back
items, like leaky seals. blaming it on "oh its an 89 corolla" is what i was told. since when cannot a toyota
trained mechanic NOT know how to seal an oil pan so it don't leak. for 150 an hour or whatever it is. you'd
think they'd have to morals to do what they were told to do, right, the first time. even after going back and
speaking to the owner (one of them), i am convinced now i was abused. i am referring it to the appropriate
agencies and to a lawyer.
frankly toyota, a better idea...? pretty un american i'd say. they don't even fire people who **** it all up.
example: i told the service dude to replace all replaceable parts in the tuneup. they didn't even change the spark
plug. and the reason a non toyota air filter is in my engiine is not cause I myself put it there, they claim they
did....oh its that ok, once caught...?
toyota may have a better idea. but is unamerican in implementation.
