I was impressed with their professionalism when I first purchased my insurance from them. However, once they got my policy, they were unresponsive and very unprofessional. I have been trying since December to have the policy cancelled. It still has not been cancelled as of today. I spoke with them today on the phone and they told me that my attitude did not warrant them working very hard for me.
