Provided by YPmobileLast week I went there to get highlights and a cut. I had to wait almost an hour and a half even though I had an appointment. Plus they over charged me with my hair, I have been to many places and I have never ever been so disappointed. Today I was trying to use my 20% coupon, I felt like the girl was confused and didn't know what she was doing. The female associate told me I could buy stuff online and mix it with the stuff I was already purchasing in store. She was wrongly informed and misinformed me. So I purchased my items in store then returned them so I could use the coupon on everything online. But the coupon code says it has already been used. I am very disappointed in their service.
