I trusted this cleaners with alterations and cleaning of drapes that were precious to me. When they were returned they were 3" too short and had to be redone by another seamstress. The owner of Valet Cleaners, their seamstress and staff denied the glaring issue and made no effort to repair the damage. Instead they accused me of having a duplicate set of drapes that I was trying to trick them into altering. It was a bizarre encounter with excuses, fabrications of the truth and expensive. I will never take anything there again!

Location is convenient enough but the quality of the work and the attitude of the owner and employees is poor. I won't go back
