Absolutely horrible and rude!

Lady that answered the phone was rude from the start, I needed to get a drug screening for my new job...I had called multiple numbers they all ended up not being a labcorp but Google kept bringing up random numbers so I first asked if they were a labcorp location and she laughed at me and said she doesn't understand my question. So then I explained that I was calling to find the different locations and to see if they take walk ins or if I had to make an appointmenu, lady said she doesn't understand my question again so I then asked if I'm allowed to do a walk in or if I have to make an appointment. She then said to me "if you were listening to me then you would understand that you can do a walk in from these times" I finally asked her to not speak to me that way I just had a few questions seeing how I needed this for my new job and she still belittled me. Horrible customer service!
