I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ll never go anywhere else! She is incredibly sweet and does an AMAZZZING job on my eyebrows! When I first started coming here years ago my eyebrows weren’t even in the shape of an eyebrow and she has helped me SOOOO much! She has helped me so much with my confidence!

I went in to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, raving about how great it was going to be. Unfortunately it was a horrid experience!! They told me my face was very hairy and that they would thread the whole thing so I would be beautiful for mother's day.... My entire face suffered from that decision. I tried to go back and have the situation resolved and they refused to acknowledge they had ever touched my face!!! They were very very rude!! Not worth the embarrassment or damage it caused!! My entire face broke out in what looks like a bad shaving!! I've included a couple photos... My face was clear before I went....

I have been driving out to this location from Detroit whenever I have the opportunity and it is specifically related to my pleasant experience here! She's great, I definitely do not mind waiting...the cash only policy is a bit inconvenient but there are several banks and with all the stores that offer cash back nearby it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Anyways I think she's really good at shaping the brows & I have always received compliments afterwards! Keep up the good work!

Have been coming here for about two years and they always do a good job and the prices are good. Would recommend to anyone of my friends!

I have been going to this lady now for over a year and I'm sad that I will no longer be going back. In general, I have not had too many issues with her but after today's happenings, I will no longer be going back. It started a few months ago when I came to get my eyebrows done. She did an ok job, but one eyebrow appeared thinner than the other. She doesn't like feedback. Then I went to pay and apparently gave her the wrong amount - I was off by .40 cents. She just about flipped out and threw the money at me. I apologized for the error - I was feeling terrible and had and awful head cold so I wasn't counting clearly. Then today, she threw insults as me and told me that she was going to have to charge me more since I was not coming every 3 weeks. What? There were times over the year that I didn't show up for 10 weeks and it was no issue. I generally can go 6 to 8 weeks as my eyebrows are not that thick. Either way, she charged me more than the stated $10. Sorry, but between the personally issues and the random charging, I will find another place.

Prices are not posted accurately. I went for an eyebrow threading and it was $12 instead of the normal $10. The words and up were added to the pricing on the window. Yes, she does lack customer service. Any company that only accepts cash has something to hide. I would go their only if I was in a pinch for time.

I am writing this review because I felt humiliated today when I went to do my eyebrows! I've been going to this place ever since she opened! The lady has done a good job most of the time, however she messed up my sisters eyebrows a couple times and my sister told her that once and never went back! I kept going there eventhough when she does my eyebrows she is not careful and doesn't take her time to give them a nice shape! I went there today and she had one customer there! After she finished with she started doing my eyebrows! When she was done with one eyebrow she went to the cash register for something and made me wait! I didn't pay attention to that and I didn't get mad cause she made me wait! When she finished the lady asked me if I wanted lotion and I said NO! When I got up to pay I decided to get a little lotion and apply it around my eyes! It took 5 seconds to do that, however the lady started yelling at me from the cash register cause I made her wait 5 seconds and 3 customer's were waiting! I told her she didn't have to be rude cause of that and she called me rude and many other words! I am very dissapointed cause business people should not treat their customers that way! I will never go back and I recommend nobody does cause she has no respect for her customers!

I come home from school JUST to get my eyebrows done here. She is fast (I've never been there longer than 10 minutes) and efficient. The threading lasts me such a long time and I'm always complimented on how my eyebrows look.

I have been getting my brows done by Penny for about 5 years. She is truly the best. She is friendly, fast and does a mean threading job.



I get lots of compliments on my eyebrows from all my friends. She was in the mall but now has moved on to Baldwin Rd.



I highly recommend her.
