My stay was for 9 nights. My sheets had a makeup stain and weren’t changed on schedule. I finally had to change my sheets myself. Breakfast room is very crowded. The breakfast choices were great but the eggs were barely warm at best. Bacon and sausage links were undercooked. The printer in the business center was out of ink during my entire stay. The pool temperature was nice and obviously heated. Bed was comfortable. Walls are thin as noises traveled easily from neighboring rooms and the hall. I was not able to reserve my room at the negotiated rate for our class reunion because no one answered the phone when I tried to call for my reservation (I tried to call twice). I will never stay at this unit again.

What can I say "keep doing what your doing" Stayed here for one night attended a concert at DTE energy theatre the place is in perfect condition, the staff is amazingly friendly and above all else everything was spotless from the bathrooms to the hot breakfast, I don't visit Detroit much but if I ever do again this is were I will stay
