***DO NOT GO HERE*** THEY WILL PUT THE WRONG OIL IN YOUR VEHICLE AND TREAT YOU LIKE A POS!

Shane is the worst "manager" I've ever spoken to. They put the incorrect oil in my truck and while being inspected at a new shop because it led to more issues and when I called he was very nonchalant and did not care. Said if I bring it back up they will replace the oil. I told him it was already being done at another shop and I do not want to bring it back there as I do not trust it. He was very rude and unapologetic and would not allow me to speak to anyone else until Monday when the owner returns. I had to spend another $180 for it to be inspected by a new shop and for them to replace the oil!!! I was charged for synthetic and did not get synthetic, had to pay for another oil change and get my vehicle inspected AND take air out of my tires since you over inflated them! I guess a free water makes up for shitty work and poor customer service. No quality here at all, I will be sure to alert everyone I know and leave a review anywhere I can to save someone else from this horrible place. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I’d just moved and needed an oil change but didn’t want to drive the distance to where I normally get my car serviced. Tried Quality Lube Oil & Auto on a whim and was impressed with their professionalism, quickness, and honesty.

I noticed my front headlight had gone out a few days ago but figured I’d take it to my own mechanic to fix since it’s one of those lights where you have to take off the whole bumper to get to it. The guys here pointed it out, gave me an estimated quote and were able to change the headlight a different way so I only paid $30 instead of my usual $100!

I got my oil changed and my headlight replaced in about 30 minutes! The guy who helped me was super friendly and I’ll definitely be taking my car here again in the future!

Thanks for inspecting my tire and for fixing my skid plate. One or the other needed to be seriously looked at. I'm grateful to not see my plate dragging. I will be coming back for the excellent service and especially because of Anthony,who was so professional and helpful. Thanks to ql and the crew. You found a new customer.

My son recently got a flat tire. It was after 6pm so all the major chains including Walmart were closed for tire service. I was able to find Quality Lube through a Google search and called. They were still open and were able to fix my son's tire right away. Thank you quality lube.

What more can I say...I'll never go anywhere else again...

The dealer told me that I needed a transmission fluid change and several hundred dollars of repair work. I didn't feel right and brought it to you all, and you verified that my transmission fluid was just fine. I have low miles and didn't need to change it yet. Thank you so much for your honest evaluation that saved me a lot of money and a lot of worrying. I always receive great service when I come in. Everyone is friendly. The prices are very fair and I've never felt like I was being overcharged or sold something I didn't need. Good people :)

Not a franchise, but a locally-owned, honest auto service facility. I have been a customer for more than 20 years, and I have never had a bad experience. They do great oil changes, as well as brakes, tires, general mechanical work. The prices are far less than I would pay at the dealership. Always clean, friendly, non-intimidating staff. The best auto service around!!

This place is great. The staff is very professional, informational, and knowledgeable. They appear to take great pride in great customer service and were not pushy at all when offering extra services.



I would highly recommend going here. It is quick, affordable ($25+ tax base price), and a very pleasant experience. It's family-owned, too!

My rating is a well-deserved 5 STARS!! I always receive the best service on my BMW and other vehicles. Always helpful and mechanics can fix anything. Saved a ton of money vs. what I would have paid at BMW dealer. Highly recommend.
