Stay away from this cleaner with your expensive clothing. I took two silk shirts there and specifically asked for dry cleaning. They instead washed them like normal laundry. Even if they didn't understand one look at the tag saying dry clean only would have cleared it up to any reasonably intelligent person. The claims process is a joke and the owner, who owns multiple cleaners, never returns phone calls.



They apparently deal with upset customers often because the girl refused to give the owners last name. Going on, the manager at this particular location was nasty to deal with. The shirts were left with sheens on them as if they had been pressed at too high a temperature. They claim that it was because of the wash but anyone who has used a hot iron and burnt synthetics or silk would know what it looks like. They tried to re-clean them twice to no avail and then told me that the owner thinks they are "o.k.". I was also told that they would not pay what they were worth. The claim process is a joke and the managers are completely unhelpful.



To make a very long upsetting process short. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VALUABLE CLOTHING HERE! They don't care if they screw it up and aren't willing to compensate you for their screw-ups.
