Poor management and crew workers. I've been here quite often and most times it has been good and consistent. My issue is the way the female manager and employee handled me when they were out of meatballs and that's all they said. They didn't offer something of same price and apologize for it they just said were out and we can't do anything for you like really?? I was a manager at a major pizza chain for 5 years and always took care of customers if something was done wrong or we didn't have anything in stock. Yet the crew worker girl looks at me and says "did you want something else or no" I walked out and corporate will hear from me on this one. Where is the quality customer service these days!
